POSTPONED Ipswich Jazz Festival: Picante

This show has been POSTPONED until 25th – 27th June 2021. All existing tickets remain valid for their respective events in 2021. Ticket sales will re-open for the new dates soon.

This event is part of ipswichjazzfestival.org.uk

Doors open 7.30pm.

In true Ipswich Jazz Festival style, we open with a really lively gig. Taking Latin flavours from Buena Vista Social Club, Sergio Mendes, Stan Getz/Astrid Gilberto, Spyrogyra and the Gypsy Kings, Picante’s music makes you feel like dancing from the first bar with their unique compositions in mambo, salsa, samba and bossa nova styles.

A brilliant line-up of jazz players: Derek Nash – baritone, tenor, alto & soprano sax, Dominic Ashworth – guitar, Neil Angilley - piano, Andy Staples – double bass, Marc Cecil – drums & Satin Singh – percussion.
