This autumn we have a whole host of events to entertain, inform and remember.
First up is the centre's autumn heritage weekend, on Saturday 12th and Sunday 13th September, which also coincides with the annual sponsored bike ride organised by the Suffolk Historic Churches Trust on the Saturday. The centre will be open throughout the two days between 10am and 4pm, and is open to everyone for free.
Whilst in the centre, make sure you look around the various information points and artefacts on display, to learn more about the church and the surrounding area.
You will also be entertained by various groups including on Saturday:
And on the Sunday:
On Sunday 4th October at 3pm St Peter's will host a recorder and guitar recital "Baroque to Brazilian Duo Ricercare". The recital features music by Telmann, Debussy, Villa-Lobos, Krahmer, and will be performed by Andrew Collis on recorders and Graham Roberts on guitar.
Tickets and more information are available from the Centre Manager and cost £8.00 for adults and £6.00 for concessions.

Finally, Wednesday 11th November at 7.00pm sees the Ipswich Hospital Band's first Remembrance Service to be held in St Peter's. This will provide Ipswich with an annual event to remember and commemorate those who have fallen in the World Wars and the conflicts since.
More information and tickets for this, and all our events are available from the Centre Manager.
