January 2008 Update

We held the usual site meeting on 15th January, and the building progress is still within planned framework, the target for completion remains March 2008.

Most of the scaffolding is now removed, the rest will be this week, and at last we see the beauty of the stained glass in the East Window. The upper area limewash is finished and we expect the lower area to be finished by end of January. Evidence of heating pipework in main ducts, and also the prepared stage support timbers are evident.

Most of the first fixing electrical wiring is in place.

All the chinaware for toilets is being delivered next week, and our own deliveries for equipment , chairs etc are planned for March.

We have also carried out an exercise to determine how much equipment we need to take with us, and we have identified some surplus to requirement. If You need any of the surplus items please speak to me or Bernard and we will advise what is available.
