February 2008 Update

I am pleased to report that at a recent meeting of the project team we were able to forecast a completion date for our project. This is expected to be March 30th 2008.

At a recent site meeting we were all pleased to see the progress with the stage nearing completion, the floors being screeded ready for laying the refurbished wood blocks, and the electrical wiring almost complete. Work has started on the South Porch, and I personally can't wait to see the lovely gates designed for us by Paul Richardson.

The heating is being installed last week in February, a combination of under floor and peripheral radiators. Goodbye cold St Clements.

So, St Peters by the Waterfront becomes a reality, and I hope we will be holding our first rehearsal on April 6th.

I will not be arranging any more site visits, and will update all members at the AGM on 26th Feb, see you there.
